How often should I affirm to achieve harmony? What are the results? Practice this affirmation daily to bring harmony and balance to your body and soul, keep the physical organs balanced and your soul takes care of the rest. You may practice this affirmation preferably before entering into meditation for better results and see the power of harmony.
Where should I sit to say this affirmation? You may sit in your sacred space in your room or you may even say this affirmation while on the train, flight, bus, etc. I don't suggest while driving because it requires concentration. To be more effective, concentration, focus, dedication is key to seeing results and changes.
What changes will I see? Only you will experience from within however, you will start to see changes in your external outlook. Make a note of these changes and see the trends on a weekly basis. Some things will start to drop out of your daily routine, type of food you consume will become more healthy, physical fitness changes without having to hit the gym.
