I would like to share the most impactful books read that have forever changed my perspective on life. During my deep dive into meditation and healing, I explored various topics, including psychology, tarot, scriptures, and various other books and examined how they connect with one another. While I have outlined certain key points below, there are countless treasures waiting to be discovered through deeper reading.
One of the most influential psychologists I came across was Carl Jung, particularly through his work, The Red Book. He discussed archetypes and described how he discarded the concept of the “hero” from his mind to uncover his “I AM.” I too let go of any “hero” notions, and I have never looked back. Once you free yourself from this limiting idea, you discover your authentic self and embrace your true purpose in this lifetime.
Sai Satcharitra emphasised the importance of patience and faith. Chapters 16 and 17 highlight the significance of having a Guru. “What others struggle to provide through great effort can be effortlessly acquired with the aid of such a teacher; he has traversed the path himself and can guide the disciple step by step on the journey of spiritual advancement.”
The Bhagavad Gita seeks to free humanity from the ignorance of material existence, highlighting the significance of surrender and the ability to let go.
In the Bible, a notable teaching from the red letters states, “I and my father are one.” Engaging in deeper meditation can lead to profound insights.
Thirumoolar's Thirumanthiram honours our ancestor, Shiva, and explores various dimensions of spirituality.
Ainthiram explains the five elements of nature, elucidating the concept of space over time, which aids in transforming your brightest ideas from formlessness into tangible reality.
The Atharva Veda focuses on healing a range of ailments.
These are just a few texts I've explored and meditated deeply. Regardless of the literature or background we engage with, divine intervention plays a crucial role in guiding and protecting us throughout our journey.
